Rules for fantasy game
Cost
There will be 6 rounds of 6 races each.
Payouts will be done at the end of each round.
Payouts will be the top 3 in points at the end of each round (1st - 65%, 2nd - 25%, 3rd -
10%).
Points
Race points are awarded as they are during the NEXTEL race.
Each driver on your team will receive points from the race.
The team that has the most points accumulated at the end of the 6-race round, is the
winner.
Teams
Each driver has a point value (first column on the driver sheet).
Driver values will be updated at the beginning of each round of 6 races.
Each team must select 6 drivers.
The total budget of each team cannot exceed 900.
You may select a new team every race, there is no limit to driver changes.
There is no carry over of driver values into the next round (all 6 rounds are separate
from each other). You must submit a new team for the first race of each round.
If you do not submit a new team for a race, the team from the previous race will be
used. If you submit a team with a driver that does not qualify, you receive zero points for
that driver. The value of a driver not listed on the point sheet is now 110 (was 130 but
they all suck). Your team must be selected before the first lap starts (earlier than that is
better, but that is the cut-off).
